HOW SHOULD I WASH THE PRODUCTS?

For the longevity of your products, delicate washing at 30-40°C is recommended. The use of bleach and strong chemicals is not recommended.

Do the colors of the products fade?

Our products use reactive dye technology. In this way, the colors are strongly bonded to the fabric and are long-lasting. However, in order to preserve the vividness of the colors, it is recommended that you do not leave your products in direct sunlight for a long time and clean them according to the washing instructions.

Do the products shrink?

Our products have minimum shrinkage rate thanks to high quality cotton yarns and controlled production process.

Which program should I use to dry my duvet cover set in the dryer?

For the longevity of our products, it is recommended to dry them at low temperature and on a delicate program. High temperature can cause color fading and stiffening of the fabric. For best results, you can remove them while they are slightly damp and hang them to dry.

I placed my order, how can I track it?

When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track your shipment via the relevant cargo company's website.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, if you would like to make changes to your order, you can contact us. Exchanges can be made for unused products.

Which products are not accepted for return?

Since damages resulting from maintenance operations performed without following the washing instructions are considered user error, such returns are not accepted.

If you experience a problem with the product, you can contact us with visuals via our WhatsApp communication line (0 532 113 08 00). Your product will be examined based on the information we receive.

The evaluation obtained as a result of the review will be shared with you through the channel you contacted. If the problem is user-related, you will be informed, and if a manufacturing error is detected, the product will be replaced.

How can I return the product I bought from cozyhome.com.tr?

For orders placed with membership:
Log in to your account and go to the My Orders section. You can create your return request by clicking the "Return" button next to the order you want to return. During the request, you must specify the products you want to return, the reason for the return, and the address you want your package to be delivered to.

For orders placed without membership:
You must share your return or exchange request with us via our WhatsApp communication line (0 532 113 08 00).

Important Information:
Returns and exchanges sent without opening a request are not approved by the system and therefore refunds are put on hold. Return requests that have exceeded the legal period and are not notified to us will be deemed invalid.

When will the price of the returned product(s) be transferred to my account?

After the products you return reach us with the shipping codes specified, the payment is transferred to your account through your bank within 10 business days.
